The main subwoofers function is to supplement bass that cannot be reproduced by the speakers of a system. In addition, as it usually uses dedicated amplifier, it can complete bass even at low volumes, a situation that 8” or bigger speakers are not good on bass reproduction due too lack of system power.

The NoFrame hidden subwoofer has the same ceiling finish as the 5" square enclosures, allowing a perfect description as it is not possible to be notice as a subwoofer.
